As one of the leading cleaning companies in the UK, we understand how difficult it can be to choose the right cleaning products for your kitchen. With so many different brands and products on the market today, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused. That’s why we decided to do the research for you and put some of the most popular kitchen cleaning products to the test.

After weeks of rigorous testing, we’ve come up with a list of the best (and worst) kitchen cleaning products on the market today. From traditional brands like Mr Clean to newer eco-friendly options like Method, we’ve tried them all. So without further ado, here are the results:

The Best:

  1. Mrs Meyer’s Clean Day Multi-Surface Cleaner – This eco-friendly product scored high marks for its effective cleaning power, fresh scent, and non-toxic formula.
  2. Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser & Polish – This tried-and-true brand was particularly effective at removing tough stains and grime, making it a must-have for any serious kitchen cleaner.
  3. Windex Original Glass Cleaner – While not specifically marketed for kitchen cleaning, this classic brand works wonders on greasy stovetops and countertops, leaving a streak-free shine every time.

The Worst:

  1. Comet Powder Cleanser – This abrasive powder not only failed to remove stubborn stains and grease but also left a powdery residue behind that was difficult to remove.
  2. Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach – While effective at removing stains from the toilet bowl, this product’s harsh chemicals and overpowering bleach scent make it unsuitable for use in the kitchen.
  3. Easy-Off Oven Cleaner – Despite its promises of easy cleaning, this product required multiple applications and lots of elbow grease to remove baked-on grease and food stains.

In conclusion, when it comes to kitchen cleaning products, it pays to do your research. Stick to eco-friendly options and trusted brands like Mrs Meyer’s and Bar Keepers Friend, and steer clear of harsh chemicals and ineffective products like Comet and Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner.

Happy cleaning!
