SPS Security and ICS Cleaning, part of the SPS Group, has successfully secured a 5-year contract with The University of Lincoln.
The Group has worked with the university and has just undertaken a detailed procurement process to win the 5-year contract. The new contract went live in August, employing 160 people and an experienced management team.
The University of Lincoln’s Brayford Campus is in the centre of Lincoln, with around 14,000 students and 1,600 staff. SPS and ICS provide 24-hour cleaning services, porters, mailroom operatives, premises ops, janitorial services, mobile security patrols and CCTV monitoring. During the summer holiday, deep-cleaning works of 1,600 bedrooms and 150 kitchens in the student accommodation was completed.
