Quality Control

Establish and maintaining quality systems throughout Independent Cleaning Services remains a key objective and the Managing Director assumes overall responsibility.

Accordingly, any changes in Policy or Procedure including amendments to Controlled Documents must be authorised by the Managing Director.

Operational decisions required to maintain existing service levels, or immediately address an issue of standards not being met, are made by the ICS management team i.e. Operations Manager or Site Supervisor. Where such events have implications in terms of current or future working practices then the issue is reported and recorded to contribute to the continuous improvement process.

The Managing Director will conduct a formal review of the Quality Systems annually. This review will consider the ease of use, compliance, and effect in terms of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This review will form part of the business planning process conducted annually and will be included in the process of setting business objectives and priorities for the next 12 months.
